What you will be doing:
* Product Quality Compliance
* Attendance & Timekeeping
* Process Paperwork Accuracy
* Waste/Giveaway Reduction
* GMP - Good Manufacturing Principles
* OEE and Redzone Accuracy
* Accurate Stock Control
* Training Plan with Gap Analysis
Skills & qualifications you will need to succeed:
* Demonstrated use of continuous improvement tools and techniques
* Extensive previous manufacturing experience is essential
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to work without immediate and constant supervision
* Can demonstrate and believe in a "can do" attitude.
* PC skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel. Use of Baan is essential
Salary: £25345.94 (plus shift allowance of £1014)
ROTATING WEEKLY SHIFTS: Monday to Thursday 0600-1400 & Friday 0600-1300
Monday to Thursday 1400-2200 & Friday 1300-2000
