Customer Service Advisors, permanent career opportunities for experienced call centre/customer services advisors who are used to handling high volume calls in a fast-paced working environment. Based in Swindon, there are a variety of hours and shifts available, including Days, Rotating shifts, and part time hours. Offering a salary circa £24,500 plus some outstanding employee benefits, these positions are available with immediate starts.

Your key objective is to provide first class customer services solutions to a range of UK/Global clients, ensuring that each telephone call and email is managed within timescale and with a professional and efficient attitude. Working as part of a large and successful team, you will receive the very best training and development when managing varied service requirements.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle a range of customer service projects, which will include liaison with the MOD, NHS, and wider government departments, providing solutions to building maintenance, facilities management, and construction services. No two days are the same, therefore you will be working on a central Computer Aided Facilities Management system, which helps control and monitor all contractual requirements. Your training will ensure that you can assist clients immediately, providing next stage advice and outcomes through the company wide support network of specialist service providers.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to capture, update and manager a range of confidential client data records accurately and in line with GDPR, ensuring that all relevant information is obtained, enabling requests to be resolved to time and to the standard required. Ideally educated to GCSE Level education with at least 2 years previous call centre/customer service experience, this could be the start of your career in a professional, client management role.
